What this covers
This policy explains what happens to the details you send through this website. It’s written by Clara Penn, a copywriter working on her own, and it applies to this site only.
What I collect
When you send the enquiry form I receive your name, email, business name, current website, the kind of copy you need, your budget band, your start date or deadline and anything you write in the message. I don’t use advertising cookies, and I don’t sell or share your details.
Why I keep it
I use your details to reply to your enquiry, to write your quote and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the job. If we don’t work together, I delete your enquiry after twelve months.
Your drafts and copy
Drafts, comments and final copy are kept in a shared folder for a year after the job ends. I only show your work on this site if you say yes in writing.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time by emailing clara@example.org. I reply within two working days.
Updates
If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page. Last updated November 2026.
